• Enhanced cleaning of our model homes, selection centre and offices.

• We are following social distancing guidelines, we ask that clients help to maintain a 2 meter distance during viewings.

• Clients will be asked some general screening questions as recommended by the Public Health Agency of Canada prior to appointments.

• We encourage the use of masks in our model homes as well as appointments where physical distancing is difficult.

• In consideration of other visitors, we ask that you do not touch anything in the model home during your tour.
