Commercial Construction Supervisor


  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in scheduling construction activities and daily monitoring of progress
  • Maintenance of worksite records and daily communications
  • Relationship building, while maintaining production and quality
  • An eye for the details, which includes inspections of sub contractor’s work to ensure quality standards
  • Responsible of oversight of appearance, cleanliness and safety of the worksite
  • Proven organizational, management and oversite skills


The Construction Supervisor, in collaboration with the Project Manager, oversees worksite planning, scheduling, controlling, and organizing. This includes direct supervision of all subcontractors and on-site staff while paying attention to the critical time lines of the project. Maintaining schedule, worksite records and communication is all part of the supervisor’s role.

Estimator/Project Coordinator for Belleville/Kingston


  • Successful completion of a diploma in construction engineering, architectural or civil engineering program
  • Strong command of English (verbal and written)
  • Organizational Skills
  • Computer knowledge, Word, Excel
  • Computer knowledge in estimating, scheduling and related software would be an asset
  • Able to work independently or in groups


Assisting the Project Manager, you would be responsible for preparing cost estimates and co-ordination of specific projects to meet company deadlines.

Project Manager


  • Engineering diploma/degree, in construction management or civil engineering technologist
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager
  • Strong command of English (verbal and written)
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Contract negotiations and management skills
  • Computer knowledge, Word, Excel, estimating, scheduling and related software
  • Able to work independently or in groups with a demonstrated ability to manage projects
  • Able to provide an elevated level of customer service


The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines, within budget, while overseeing and

maintaining quality control. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors. The Project Manager is also responsible for communication with clients from beginning to completion and through the warranty period.
